Gakko is a school operations platform built by Dyutilife Pvt Ltd — one system for attendance, fees, transport, communication and reporting, with a dedicated web dashboard for the office and mobile apps for teachers, parents and transport staff.

Why we built Gakko

Most schools we spoke with were running five or six disconnected tools — a spreadsheet for fees, a separate app for the bus route, a WhatsApp group for homework, a paper register for attendance — none of them talking to each other. Gakko exists to replace that patchwork with one calm, connected system that every role in the school actually wants to use, not just the admin office.

What we believe

• One system, every role. The same live data should power the admin dashboard, the teacher's attendance screen, the parent's phone and the transport crew's route — no re-typing between apps.
• Each school owns its own data and its own money. Every school on Gakko keeps its own payment account; we never pool or intermix funds or student data across schools.
• Software should get out of the way. Attendance should take seconds, not minutes. A fee receipt should be one tap. Simplicity is a feature we design for deliberately.
